VETUSWARE[community maintained abandonware site. requires login]
ARCHIVE.ORG[The internet archive, an important resource]
GIFCITIES[A part of archive.org and the wayback machine, specifically for geocities gifs]
VIRTUALBOX[a virtual machine software that's relatively easy to use]
22000 ANIMATED GIFS[A CD found at a thrift store and uploaded by gearsphere on Tumblr]
GIFS GALORE[Another Gifs CD, still images rather than animated ones. Has a twitter bot!]
Here are all the things I use on my windows XP machines
WINDOWS XP ISO[includes all three service packs and a working key]
WINDOWS XP MEDIA[includes an updated media player and Windows Movie Maker 2]
UNREGISTERED HYPERCAM 2[classic screen recording software, free with watermark]
PHOTOSHOP 3.0[one of the earliest versions of photoshop compatible with Windows]
(right click and select "open image in new tab" to easily download.)
